What is Kavelo?
Kavelo is a digital marketplace offering ready-to-use AI prompt bundles, done-for-you reels, business templates, ebooks and guides. Every product is delivered instantly after payment.
How do I receive my files?
After a successful payment, your files are unlocked on the thank-you page and a download link is emailed to you from support@kavelo.net. You can re-download from the same link for up to 7 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay for secure payments in India. You can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store your card or UPI details. All payments are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout.
Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
Each product lists its own license terms on its sales page. Most digital downloads come with a personal and commercial-use license unless stated otherwise.
What if my download link does not work?
Email us at support@kavelo.net with your order details and we will resend the link or fix the issue within 24–48 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If files are corrupted or missing, contact support within 7 days and we will make it right.
